Licensing & sites
How many websites can I use my license on?
Every DiviPerfect license — individual plugins, templates, and the All-Access Bundle — covers unlimited websites. There are no per-site fees.
Do I get a license key?
Yes. After checkout you'll receive a license key by email and in your account. Enter it in the plugin to unlock automatic updates and support for your license period.
What's included in the All-Access Bundle?
Every premium DiviPerfect plugin and every child theme template, on unlimited sites, with a year of updates and support across all of them. When we release new plugins or templates, they're added to the bundle at no extra cost.
Is Divi Duplicate Post really free?
Yes — Divi Duplicate Post is free to download and use.
Billing & renewals
Is this a yearly subscription?
Yes. Licenses are billed yearly and renew automatically so your updates and support continue uninterrupted. You can cancel anytime.
What happens when my license expires or I cancel?
Your installed plugins and templates keep working — they won't switch off. You'll simply stop receiving new updates and support until you renew. (Renewing keeps you current with the latest Divi and security fixes, which we recommend.)
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account / order portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access for the remainder of the period you've paid for.
Who handles payment and tax?
Payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, who handle billing and all applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) worldwide. You don't need to do anything for tax.
Why does my bank statement show "Lemon Squeezy"?
Because Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record (the official seller on record), your statement will show Lemon Squeezy (e.g. "LEMON SQUEEZY* DIVIPERFECT") rather than DiviPerfect. This is normal and nothing to worry about.
Can I upgrade from a single plugin to the All-Access Bundle?
Yes — contact us and we'll help you switch to the bundle.
Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy for full details. If our product isn't right for you, contact us within the window for a refund.
Updates & support
How do I get updates?
With a valid license key entered, your plugins update automatically from your WordPress dashboard, just like any other plugin. Templates are updated through the bundle download.
How do I get support?
Reach us through our support channel / contact page. Active licenses include direct support for the license period.
Are your plugins compatible with Divi 5?
As of 2026/06/22. We actively maintain our products to stay compatible with the latest version of Divi.

Are DiviPerfect plugins GPL-licensed?
Yes — like all WordPress plugins, our software is GPL-licensed. Your purchase gives you a license key for automatic updates and direct support for your license year.
Do I need Divi to use these?
Yes — DiviPerfect plugins and child themes are built for the Divi theme and builder by Elegant Themes. You'll need an active Divi installation.
Where do I download my products?
Your downloads and license keys are available in your account / order portal immediately after purchase, and in your receipt email.
