Divi CRM Lead Pipeline
Designed for Divi freelancers, agencies, and small business owners who want to track client enquiries without leaving the WordPress admin.
Overview & Features
Divi CRM Lead Pipeline is a lightweight WordPress plugin built exclusively for Divi 4 and Divi 5. It automatically captures every contact form submission from your Divi site and turns it into a lead inside a fully-featured CRM pipeline, no third-party CRM account required, no monthly fees, no data leaving your WordPress site.
*Tip: Every lead your Divi forms generate is automatically captured, organised, and ready to act on without touching a single line of code.
Drag-and-Drop Kanban Pipeline
Drag cards between columns to move a lead through your sales process instantly. Columns scroll horizontally so you can have as many stages as your workflow needs.
Automatic Divi Form Capture
The plugin hooks into Divi's contact form submission events (et_pb_contact_form_submit) and captures all form fields automatically; including name, email, phone, message, and any custom fields you have added in the Divi 5 builder. No manual setup per form.
Custom Field Mappings
The Field Map Helper displays the exact field IDs from your last form submission so you can map Subject, dropdowns, and any other custom fields to named lead properties. Unmapped fields are automatically saved as timestamped notes on the lead.
Full Lead Management
Click any lead card to open a detailed modal with:
- Editable Name, Email, Phone, Company, and Message fields
- Stage selector — move the lead to a new pipeline stage
- Notes section — add timestamped internal notes
- Follow-up Reminders — set date-based reminders per lead
- Send Reply — compose and send an email to the lead directly from the modal
Reply Email Integration
Send a reply to any lead without leaving the CRM. The reply is routed through your configured SMTP (via Divi Form Delivery Monitor if installed) and automatically logged as a timestamped note on the lead record.
Follow-up Reminders
Add date-based follow-up reminders to any lead. The Follow-ups tab shows all upcoming, overdue, and completed reminders across all leads, filterable by status. Click any reminder row to open the full lead modal.
All Leads Table View
Switch between the Kanban board and a searchable, filterable table of all leads. Filter by stage, search by name or email, and export all leads to CSV with a single click.
Pipeline Stages — Fully Customisable
Create, rename, reorder, and delete pipeline stages from the Settings tab. Stages are draggable for easy reordering. Each stage has a custom colour for quick visual identification on the Kanban board.
GDPR-Ready Privacy Tools
Includes WordPress Privacy Policy content suggestions, a personal data exporter (for Subject Access Requests), and a personal data eraser. IP addresses are hashed with SHA-256 and a site-specific salt before storage.
Installation
Download the plugin
Download divi-crm-pipeline.zip from your DiviPerfect account or the Elegant Themes Marketplace.
Upload to WordPress
In your WordPress admin, navigate to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Click Choose File, select the zip you downloaded, then click Install Now
Activate the plugin
Once the upload completes, click Activate Plugin. The plugin is now active and running on your site with sensible defaults.
Open the settings panel
Go to DiviPerfect → Divi CRM Lead Pipeline in your WordPress admin menu.
*Tip: The plugin creates its own custom post type and admin menu entry automatically on activation. No additional configuration is required to start capturing leads.

Initial Setup
Step 1: Submit Your Divi Form Once
After activating the plugin, submit your Divi contact form at least once. This triggers the Field Map Helper, which records the exact field IDs Divi submitted and displays them in Settings > Form Integration.
Step 2: Map Your Form Fields
Go to DiviPerfect > CRM Pipeline > Settings. Under Form Integration, you will see the Field Map Helper table showing:
- Custom ID: the shortened, readable ID from your Divi 5 builder field settings (e.g. full_name). Click to copy.
- Value submitted: what the visitor typed, confirming which field is which.
Mapped to — shows a green badge if already mapped.
Paste the Custom ID into the appropriate Map field (Name, Email, Phone, Company, Message) and click Save Settings.
Step 3: Add Custom Field Mappings (optional)
If your form includes extra fields like Subject or a dropdown, scroll to the Custom Field Mappings card. Click + Add Custom Field, enter a display Label (e.g. Subject) and the Custom ID from the helper, then save. These fields are automatically stored as named notes on each lead.
Step 4: Configure Pipeline Stages
Under Settings > Pipeline Stages, you will find six default stages: New Lead, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal Sent, Won, and Lost. You can rename any stage, change its colour, drag to reorder, delete stages, or add new ones. Click Save Settings when done.
Step 5: Set Up Notifications (optional)
Under Settings > Notifications, enable Email on new lead and enter the address that should receive an alert when a new lead is captured. If the Divi Form Delivery Monitor plugin is also active, this notification is automatically suppressed (the Delivery Monitor already handles email logging).
Using the Plugin

The Pipeline view is the default view when you open the CRM. Each column represents a stage. Lead cards show the lead's name, email, and the date captured.
- Drag any card to a different column to change the lead's stage — the change saves to the database immediately.
- Click any card to open the lead modal.
- Use the + Add Lead button to manually create a lead.
- The horizontal scroll lets you navigate all stages even on smaller screens.
The All Leads Table View
Click All Leads to switch to the searchable table. From here you can:
- Search by name, email, or any visible field.
- Filter by stage using the dropdown.
- Click any row to open the lead modal.
- Export all visible leads to a CSV file.
Follow-ups Tab
The Follow-ups tab shows all reminders across every lead, sorted by due date. Use the filter tabs (All, Overdue, Today, Upcoming, Completed) to focus on what needs attention. Click any row to open the full lead modal for that lead.
The Lead Modal
The lead modal is the central place for managing an individual lead. It opens when you click any lead card or table row.

- All form submissions appear in the Delivery Monitor email log with full field details.
*No configuration is needed — the integration is automatic when both plugins are active.

Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to the most common questions about our Divi CRM Lead Plugin Plugin.
Why is a field not appearing in the lead modal?
Submit the form once, then go to Settings > Form Integration. The Field Map Helper shows every field Divi submitted. If the field is there but not mapped, either add it to the standard field map or add a Custom Field Mapping row for it.
Does this work with Divi 5?
Yes. The plugin hooks into et_pb_contact_form_submit which Elegant Themes confirmed is retained in Divi 5 for backward compatibility. It also detects Divi 5's uniqueId format and parses the Divi 5 field schema JSON for accurate field capture.
Can I send replies without the Divi Form Delivery Monitor?
Yes. The Send Reply button uses WordPress's built-in wp_mail() function which works without the Delivery Monitor. However, without SMTP configuration the email may land in spam. Installing the Delivery Monitor and configuring SMTP dramatically improves deliverability.
Will leads be lost if the plugin is deactivated?
No. Leads are stored as a custom WordPress post type (dcp_lead) in the WordPress database. Deactivating the plugin hides the admin menu but does not delete any data. Uninstalling the plugin (deleting it) will permanently remove all leads, notes, and settings.
Can multiple Divi forms feed into the same pipeline?
Yes. The plugin captures submissions from all Divi contact forms by default. You can restrict it to specific form IDs in Settings > Form Integration if needed.
Is the plugin GDPR compliant?
The plugin includes WordPress Privacy Policy content, a personal data exporter, and a personal data eraser accessible from Tools > Export Personal Data and Tools > Erase Personal Data. IP addresses are hashed before storage. No data is sent to external services.
